Established locally owned professional staffing services firm that likes to work and play hard, seeks tenacious and motivated professionals that would like to explore recruiter opportunities within our IT and Scientific / Clinical divisions.

This is a great training and growth opportunity for individuals relatively new to the recruiting field.

Job responsibilities include: sourcing and screening candidates; matching candidate experience/motivation/skills with client needs; interacting with hiring managers; coordinating interviews and references; and passing client development opportunities to business development team.

As a service provider, it is important that everyone in our organization understand their impact upon our multiple customer sets, and their impacts upon our continued success.
