7/24/14 – Part-Time Office Manager

Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting a Part-Time Office Manager for a client of ours in Raleigh, NC.

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative duties, to include: filing, answering phones, scheduling, etc.
  • Perform new hire orientations and separation processes
  • Maintain personnel files
  • Prepare monthly financial documents
  • Assist Bookkeeper with the preparation of annual tax documents
  • Manage customer invoicing
  • Interface with vendors to submit purchase orders, make payments, and set-up purchasing contracts

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an Office Manager within a small company
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks is preferable
  • Must be organized, task-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills
