Responsibilities

This position uses AutoCAD to develop and modify profiles and plans to support outside activities and coordinate all CAD drafting services with administrative staff to ensure all work is completed and submitted for billing on a timely basis

Requirements

Must be proficient with MS Office as well as AutoCAD.

Associates degree or higher required and 1 year work experience

Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a Clinical Data Coordinator  for a growing CRO in the Durham area. This is a 3-6 month contract position.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and enter raw study data into a spreadsheet or database.

• Prepare all in-progress studies for weekly electronic archival.

• Submit completed media to statistician for approval before report preparation.

• Prepare all report packaging and shipping documents.

• Process reports; print and bind for distribution.

• Generate labels and discs providing report data once study is complete.

• Provide assistance to office administrator with incoming calls, receiving guests, filing and other tasks as needed.

Requirements

1-2 years of data entry experience within a CRO

HS Diploma Required

Clintrials experience highly preferred
