3/5/14 – Customer Support/After Sales Specialist

Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting a Customer Support Specialist for a client of ours in Morrisville, NC. This position is a direct-hire opportunity.

Responsibilities

Customer Support

  • Interface with customers regarding warranty or return claims
  • Interface with customers regarding services (ex. re-flash, re-work, and testing services)
  • Determine best resolution path for each situation
  • Test products to verify customer claims
  • Utilize SAP system’s Managing Return Process
  • Create and issue reports on claims and services

After Sales Support

  • Manage return process with customers (RMA process)
  • Manage stock rotations with distributors
  • Repackage products to return to inventory or customers
  • Interface with logistics team on shipments
  • Interface with finance team on debits/credits
  • Interface with global after-sales teams

Requirements

  • 2-4 year Degree is required; Technical Degree is preferred
  • 1-10 years of experience in a Customer Support or Customer-Interfacing role
  • SAP experience is a plus
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Experience working within a technology product organization is a plus
  • Understanding of the wireless and electrical component industry is a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 5%
