10/14/14 – Customer Service Coordinator
Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our rapidly growing client in the Louisburg area. The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating and controlling the activities of the customer service team to maintain and enhance customer relationships. This is a direct hire opportunity.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
- Direct the daily operations of the customer service team, including planning, prioritizing and delegating work tasks to ensure proper functioning of the department.
- Review customer complaints, handle complex and escalated customer service issues, and track customer complaint resolution.
- Analyze relevant data to determine customer service outputs and monitor accuracy of reporting and data base information.
- Evaluate and performance manage staff, including identifying and addressing staff training and coaching needs.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree ideal
- 10+ years of customer service experience
- Supervisory experience
- Proficiency in CRM systems
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, MS Powerpoint experience a plus
