Born in Greensboro, NC – and named after Hurricane Emily back in ’93 (yes, really!) – Em brings calm, clarity, and a whole lot of creativity to the Accentuate team. A proud graduate of UNCG with a bachelor’s in Business Administration, she blends a positive attitude with genuine kindness in everything she does.

For Em, The Power of Positive is about gratitude, collaboration, and coming from a place of understanding. Whether she’s matching talent with opportunity or helping build a workplace culture that values innovation, she believes positivity is the real secret sauce.

When she’s not at work, Em’s likely in the kitchen perfecting a new recipe, out for a walk, buried in a book, or baking something dangerously delicious. She supports the Make-A-Wish Foundation and Susan G. Komen for the Cure – and if you’re lucky, she might just sprinkle in a little Mandarin or Spanish during your chat (she speaks a bit of both!).
