
Windows Infrastructure Engineer
Accentuate Staffing is working with a leading global organization that is hiring an Infrastructure Engineer to support its IT infrastructure operations and strategic initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering stable and secure IT solutions and supporting both data center and branch office environments. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in server provisioning, scripting, documentation practices, and enterprise infrastructure systems.
Responsibilities:
- Manage core infrastructure operations, including server provisioning, patching, system upgrades, and performance tuning.
- Participate in full project life cycles for IT implementations, from gathering requirements through to deployment and support transition.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to identify technical risks and implement process improvements.
- Support change management procedures and provide advanced troubleshooting for escalated technical issues.
- Assist with infrastructure planning and ensure secure, efficient system operation across all supported locations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience, with at least 5 years in IT infrastructure roles.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Server environments, Active Directory, and server virtualization platforms like VMware or Nutanix.
- Strong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS and an understanding of IT best practices (ITIL, SOX, FDA 21 CFR Part 820).
- Proven ability to produce technical documentation and manage operational processes within regulated environments.
