Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of materials to meet production specifications.
• Lead, train, and support a team of welders to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met.
• Assign work tasks, monitor progress, and maintain production schedules.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Operate forklifts and other shop equipment as needed.
• Utilize computer systems for work orders, production tracking, and communication.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of welding experience, with strong MIG and TIG skills.
• Prior leadership or team lead experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment a plus.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and interpreting technical drawings.
• Forklift operation experience required.
• Basic computer skills for production tracking and documentation.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
