Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing fueling equipment manufacturer in the Wilson area recruit for a Welder/Fabricator to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity working 7am-3:30pm or 6am-4:30pm (depending on the season) Monday-Friday, with required OT as necessary. Competitive benefits to include health insurance after 90 days as well as, 401k participation, PTO and paid holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Candidate will be responsible for welding and fabricating parts for tankers
- Candidate will read and follow blueprints as well as schematics
- Candidate will be required to take measurements using tape measures and other measurement devices
- Candidate will operate torches for cutting
- Candidate might be required to work at heights of 30+ feet
Requirements:
- Must have 2 years MIG and TIG welding experience on stainless steel and aluminum
- Must be comfortable following blueprints and schematics
- Must have a strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Previous experience with a press brake, sheet metal roller, shear, and angle roller is a plus
- Welding Certification a plus, but not required
- Must be able to work overtime as required
- Will be required to pass a criminal background check or drug screen
