Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing manufacturing company in the Raleigh, NC area that is looking for skilled Welders to join their team. This is a contract-hire opportunity with openings on both 1st and 2nd shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately interpret blueprints and welding diagrams
- Set up and operate welding, cutting, and grinding equipment
- Assemble parts and sub-assemblies to precise specifications
- Inspect welds for quality, consistency, and finish
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Perform additional duties as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of welding experience in a manufacturing setting
- Proficient in reading blueprints and taking precise measurements
- Skilled in using welding tools, grinders, calipers, and micrometers
- Must pass respiratory medical evaluation, respirator training, and fit test
- Comfortable working in an environment with typical manufacturing exposure to noise, fumes, heat, and dust
