Accentuate Staffing is assisting an established electrical manufacturing company in the Clayton area who is looking for an Welder to join their team. This is a contract to hire position working 1st shift with overtime.
Responsibilities:
- Candidate will be responsible for welding and fabricating parts
- Candidate will read and follow blueprints as well as schematics
- Candidate will be required to take measurements using tape measures and other measurement devices
- Candidate will operate torches for cutting
Requirements:
- Must have 2 years MIG and TIG welding experience or a welding certificate/diploma
- Must be comfortable following blueprints and schematics
- Must have a strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Previous experience with a press brake, sheet metal roller, shear, and angle roller is a plus
- Must be able to work overtime as required
- Will be required to pass a criminal background check or drug screen
