Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting a dynamic CSR to join a logistics group in the Raleigh area for their temp to hire weekend role. This would be approximately 20 hours over the weekend for the right person. This position is scheduled to start immediately!
Responsibilities:
- Work within an office setting taking inbound phone calls and placing outbound phone calls to clients to fulfill order needs
- Manage order information and route information
- Update all user needs in the database system throughout the shift
- Assist callers with errors or discrepancies with orders, routes, or delivery times
- Handle general questions regarding company services
- Work within a team environment to ensure all orders are placed appropriately
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of proven call center and customer service work experience
- Strong computer skills and ability to pick up new software easily
- Excellent multi-tasking skill set
- MS Office proficiency
