Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a Web Designer for a growing Retail Distribution company in RTP, NC. This is a contract position that could become permanent for the right candidate! From a skillset standpoint, this role is a Web Designer, with basic front-end HTML/CSS talents.

Responsibilities:

Will work to create compelling designs for online properties
Will work in a collaborative team and advance the brand’s e-commerce business
Continually improve the web experience for brand to support marketing objectives and give customers an outstanding customer experience
Conceive and create design solutions that address both the user’s goals as well as business goals
Work within a cross-functional team with internal clients
Produce design work for primarily web projects that include, but are not limited to: email campaigns, website/homepage creative updates, web banners, site redesigns and more.
Develop & Assist in identifying strategic web creative to drive site conversion & improved customer (user) experience
Provide deliverables such as sketches, wireframes, site maps, navigation systems, page flow diagrams, comps and working prototypes
Execute web projects from design concepts using web Platform, images and light HTML/CSS

Requirements:

Requires the ability to produce, proof, test, and troubleshoot effective web assets that adhere to our brand standards
Should have an interest in general user interface & user experience design
Must be highly creative, have a flexible attitude, and demonstrate strong communication skills
