Accentuate Staffing is hiring a qualified Water Resource Design Manager to join an industry leader in the Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas area. The ideal candidate has an experience in designing and managing environmental and infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise engineers, technicians, designers, drafting personnel, etc. to ensure consistency, quality, and continuity
- Develop, implement, and monitor staffing plans, performance metrics, and strategic plans for the Water Resource Design team
- Evaluate project decisions to ensure soundness of design, objectivity, and impact of the decisions on needs, budget, and schedule
- Participate in the administration, implementation, and interpretation of contracts
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field required; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience
- Professional Engineer in Registration in the state of Texas, or the ability to obtain licensure within 6 months of start date
- Must be familiar in and have experience with advanced techniques, and the modification and extension of engineering theories, precepts, and practices
