Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for supervising up to 14 direct reports ranging from warehouse and manufacturing associates to CDL and non CDL drivers
• Supervisor will manage work schedules as well as project progress
• Supervisor will manage inventory for materials, tools, and equipment
• Supervisor will schedule deliveries and assist in loading trucks as necessary
• Supervisor will train and onboard warehouse employees as well as conduct performance reviews and implement performance improvement plans
• Supervisor will maintain vehicle fleet and ensure scheduled maintenance is performed on a regular basis

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years warehouse and distribution background, leadership experience required
• Must have knowledge of NC DOT requirements
• Must be comfortable working in a non climate controlled environment and lifting up to 75 lbs on a regular basis
• Must have a valid NC Driver’s License
• Candidate must be computer savvy
• Bilingual a plus!
• Will be required to pass a criminal background check and drug test
