Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily shipping activities, ensuring products are prepared, packaged, and shipped accurately
• Generate and manage shipping paperwork, invoices, and related documentation
• Track shipments and communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to support timely deliveries
• Assist with pulling and staging materials, verifying inventory, and supporting packaging efforts when needed
• Identify and address shipping discrepancies or delays to keep orders on schedule

Requirements:

• Previous experience in shipping/logistics required
• Previous forklift/order picker experience a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams
• Comfortable using computers, shipping systems, or ERP software for order tracking and documentation
• Must have high school diploma/GED equivalent
• Will be required to pass a criminal background check and drug test
