Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a direct hire position for a Warehouse Manager for a client in the Goldsboro area.  Hours are generally 6AM – 5PM.  Peaks occur during the summer and around holidays.  The warehouse operations has a staff of 11 employees.   Compensation up to 56K + bonus DOE.  HSD/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.  Must have at least 3 years in a supervisor or manager role in distribution/logistics.  Responsibilities included, but not limited to:

• Provide day-to-day direction to warehouse employees; train and evaluate performance
• Complete shipping and handling documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Perform inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure loads orders are accurate and ready for delivery in a timely manner.
• Provide timely service to sales department while minimizing warehouse and production costs
• Responsible for ensuring safety compliance
