Accentuate Staffing is actively seeking a Vendor Coordinator for a growing pharmaceutical company in Durham. This is a temporary assignment from May- mid August. The ideal candidate will provide cross functional support for various aspects of vendor relations.

Responsibilities:

  • Process all purchase order request for the operations department
  • Manage and update list of vendors/suppliers and their qualifications
  • Facilitate new vendor onboarding process
  • Develop new and maintain existing databases (PO status log, facilities request, vendor log)
  • Complete clerical and administrative task
  • Place inventory and supply orders as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a professional business environment.
  • Proficient in technology especially Microsoft Office applications, M-files, SAS and Winshuttle.
  • Excellent attention to detail, well organized and able to work independently and with a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills and excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment.
