Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Treasury Accounts Receivable Credit Manager. This position is responsible for managing a variety of treasury-related matters, including global credit, collection and cash application, accounts receivable, treasury management systems, forecasting and reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for credit, collections and cash applications.
  • Manage customer credit relationships through proactive communications with customers, Sales and Finance
  • Monitor and support credit policies
  • Review and recommend for approval credit requests for new customers and credit limit increases to existing customers
  • Support and provide back-up to multiple factoring program and securitization to ensure timely collections
  • Manage global accounts receivables KPIs and reporting
  • Coordinate cash management accounting and posting system ensuring the accurate and timely application of cash receipts. Perform transactions, post cash receipts and resolve errors.
  • Partner with the Manager of Cash Forecasting, to continuously improve accuracy of cash flow forecasts and working with the business to improve efficiency on sourcing forecast information
  • Design, implement and administer treasury software and disaster recovery plan
  • Initiate projects to improve productivity and/or reduce costs through application of information management technologies, including analyzing requirements, evaluating various alternatives and assisting with developing design and action plans for implementation.
  • Creatively apply new technology that will position the cash management team away from daily transactional activities and into more value added analytical support roles.
  • Collaborate and support on treasury initiatives such as process and cost improvements and infrastructure changes
  • Support specialized Treasury cash management applications and effects on cash reporting
  • Provide technical support for the day to day functions of Treasury systems
  • Work with internal and external auditors.
  • Ensures adherence to SOX controls and other regulations including record keeping and data testing as requested.
  • Assist corporate accounting group with month-end & period-end closing activities
  • Support special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related
  • Seven – 10 years’ experience in treasury with multination public company, international treasury or operations experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of corporate credit, cash management and treasury functions
  • Excellent communication (both written and oral), presentation and negotiation skills
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail
  • Excellent Excel skills and proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office products
  • Hands-on experience in implementing and/or operating automated treasury systems
  • Ability to assess software products for improvements in treasury processes
  • Experience deploying an adapting to new and emerging tools and systems for automation
  • Skilled at integrating internal and external information and turning findings or raw data into meaningful information
  • Demonstrated success in driving process improvement and standardization
  • Proficiency in finance and treasury accounting
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work effectively in a diverse environment
  • Strong analytical and decision making skills
  • Sound judgement with exceptional problem-solving skills and an ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressured, ambiguous work environment, paying close attention to detail and to meet business-driven deadlines
  • Self-directed as well as a willingness and ability to roll-up sleeves and be “hands-on”
  • Must be able to interact professionally and positively with employees at all levels within the organization
