Accentuate Staffing is assisting a training and HR company with their need for a Training Administrator / Learning & Development Coordinator. This is a Direct Hire position!
Responsibilities:
- Will manage private group training events from start to finish
- Will evaluate customer training events, provide proposals, schedule courses and instructor schedules
- Will handle comprehensive logistics administration, online assessment management and completion of other business-related activities
- This position is one of three operational roles that support a large, multi-faceted training department dedicated in supporting the training and development needs members
- Will manage customer requests regarding private group training
- Will manage all customer billing in Salesforce and Process instructor invoices
Requirements:
- Must have a background in either Training, Human Resources or Staffing
- Bachelor Degree is preferred and 2-3 years of recent/relevant experience are needed
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high volume work environment
- Strong MS Office and technology skills
- Excellent proven collaboration and customer service skills
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage work, under pressure and competing tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
