Accentuate Staffing has an immediate opening for a Training Administrator in Morrisville, NC. This hybrid role is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a growing medical provider. The Training Administrator will support the learning and development needs for provider networks to include logistics, technology and data management. This individual is responsible for identifying, implementing and coordinating training for in-network providers. The Training Administrator collaborates with provider leaders to ensure training and cultural competency goals are met. This is a full time contract role.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee online and in-person continuing education programs and collaborate with instructors on class preparation
- Filing emails in proper folders, deleting junk emails, forwarding certain emails to the proper person handling projects, and scheduling room requests and sending confirmations to the requestors
- Maintain training calendar and all documentation related to training classes and events
- Serve as the POC between provider teams and internal and external trainers for all access issues related to classroom and e-learning courses – help with A/V equipment, connectivity issues, etc.
- Creating and sending training certificates
Requirements:
- Associates Degree in Sociology, Psychology, Education, Health Education, or related field and four (4) years of experience in a progressive training role which includes some administrative/coordinative duties
- Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching, and instruction for individuals and groups
- Considerable knowledge planning, administering, supervising, and coordination learning activities
- Tech savvy- knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods including alternative ways to inform and entertain the target audience via written, oral, and visual media
- Ability to express oneself effectively both in written and oral formats.
