Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading global manufacturer in the Raleigh area who is looking for a Trade Compliance Manager. This is a direct hire opportunity!
Responsibilities:
- Compliance Manager will ensure each division is in compliance with customs, export control, and trade regulations
- Compliance Manager will maintain Dangerous Goods Certification and support compliance for IATA, Marine, and DOT
- Compliance Manager will identify compliance risks, set up processes, and build effective trade compliance programs
- Compliance Manager will train employees on customs, ITAR, EAR, FTR, OFAC, AML, and FCPA regulations
Requirements:
- Candidates must have 5 plus years Customs and International Trade background
- Candidates must have a Master’s degree or equivalent experience
- Candidates must be a Licensed Customs Broker
- Candidates must have expertise with EAR, US import regulations, FCPA and Anti Money Laundering
