Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG/TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and other sheet metal components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Set up and operate MIG/TIG welding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality standards and specifications are met.
• Grind, polish, and finish welded parts as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures.
• Work closely with the fabrication team to meet production schedules and quality expectations.

Requirements:

• Previous MIG/TIG welding experience, preferably in a sheet metal fabrication environment.
• Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality welds.
• Ability to use measuring tools and perform accurate layout work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Welding certification is a plus but not required.
