Accentuate Staffing is searching for a direct-hire permanent opportunity with a mid-sized medical device company in the RTP/Morrisville area looking for a Tier II/Tier III Product Support Engineer. Work with internal and external partners on technical issues including medical device connectivity with EHR/EMR as well as HL7, XML and related communication and file-sharing interfaces
Cloud based systems and related technologies
Troubleshooting and training for medical devices
Tier II/III Support for problem resolution and supporting sales and clinical associates
Root-cause failure analysis and investigations
Compliance for quality system reporting
Support global teams for with product development and product maintenance
5-7+ years of relevant IT Support including working with end users
Understanding of EHR, EMR and EPR systems as well as Office 365 and Azure Cloud
Strong communicator with consultative approach
