Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a temporary Office Coordinator to join an established technology company located in Morrisville. This position will last three months and would be an excellent opportunity for a college student.

Responsibilities:

  • Following office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Maintaining files and records with effective filing systems
  • Supporting other teams with various administrative tasks
  • Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office
  • Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, service etc.)
  • Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system
  • Assist with customer complaints or issues
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders
  • Assist in vendor relationship management

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Required.
  • Minimum of two years of related experience and/or training.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
