Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a temporary office coordinator through the month of December to provide administrative support for a busy technology company in the Raleigh area.

This position will be onsite Monday through Friday from 8 am – 5pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls take messages and/or direct to appropriate individual or department
  • Prepare and sort incoming and outgoing mail
  • Assist with planning events for company including birthdays, holidays, and company updates
  • Ordering and maintaining of office supplies
  • Perform special projects as needed
  • Manage and edit calendar for conference rooms and staff

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of front office administrative experience
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and ability to adapt to frequent priority changes
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in order to maintain a positive experience for all guests
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including excellent data entry skills
  • Team player willing to take on new tasks
  • Must be fully vaccinated as this position will require you to work onsite
