Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a growing healthcare company in the Cary area. They are looking for multiple temporary data entry associates to assist through December of this year. The ideal candidate will be a recent college grad and someone highly organized.
Responsibilities:
- Work with doctors’ offices and pharmacies to verify health information
- Key in data into company database and ensure accuracy of each account
- Manage all information including addresses, phone numbers, and general office updates
- Ensure that all health compliance codes are adhered to
- Work with providers via phone and email to update information
- Ability to work M-F and possible Overtime hours
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Office work experience in a data entry/administrative setting
- MS Office proficiency especially Excel
- Excellent email etiquette
