Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Temporary Administrative Coordinator for a client in the Durham/RTP area. This position in working on site 5 day as week and is a great opportunity for candidates with a strong administrative background.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and maintain scheduling for executive staff.
  • Receive and review correspondence, draft, edit and dissemination of letters, memos and documents
  • May assist with creation and develop of PowerPoint presentations and surveys as needed.
  • Prepare agendas, meeting packets, and compose minutes; facilitate meetings.
  • Reporting and spreadsheet management.
  • Maintain office equipment.
  • Performs other Duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High School and five (5) years of experience in an Admin support role or an equivalent combination or education and experience.
  • Must be have excellent knowledge of Microsoft programs.
  • Ability to do calculation, summarize, compile and tabulate numerical material; ability to maintain work standards of programs activities and ability to analyze and correct errors; ability to maintain an effective working relationship with other employees and the public.
  • Ability to learn and navigate electronic medical records systems.
