Temporary Accounting Specialist
Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Temporary Accounting Specialist for our client in Raleigh. This position will last for approximately 3-6 months and is 100% remote. We are looking for a self-starter and someone who can work in multiple systems.
Responsibilities:
- Managing A/R Aging & Collections process
- Monitor Finance Inbox & Respond to Customers
- Billing Matters
- Vendor Setup Forms
- Manual Invoice adjustments
- Follow-up by phone as needed
- Credit Card Chargebacks
- Process Invoices in Bill.com
- General vendor correspondence
- Monthly Bank reconciliation
- Understands audit support and can interact with external auditors
- 1099s
- Potential to do more Sr. Accountant level work once up to speed
Requirements:
- Minimum of Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 5+ years Accounting experience
- QuickBooks experience
- Comfortable with EXCEL
