Accentuate Staffing is partnering with a leading technology company that is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to provide product support to their customers. As a Senior Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting software problems, configuring software products, investigating customer problems, and answering general questions related to their products.

- Provide product support assistance to customers
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
- Assist with software configuration and licensing problems
- Track and resolve product issues within agreed time limits
- Maintain positive relationships with clients
- Proven work experience in Technical Support or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux OS environments
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help
- Experience in the utility industry is highly desired.
