Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting a Technical Support Advisor to join a growing medical device group in the North Raleigh area. This person will assist the customer service needs of a growing engineering group with technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Act as product knowledge expert on multiple devices
- Respond to customer service calls while analyzing and diagnosing issues and concerns
- Provide technical advice and expertise to inquiries
- Maintain up to date knowledge on products and services
- Work with internal teams including quality, sales, shipping, and engineering to ensure proper resolution to problems
- Escalate calls to service engineers when necessary
- Send clients technical guides including drawings, warranty, and instruction guides
- Maintain call logs and documentation for all clients
Requirements:
- Skill communicator and customer focused
- At least 2 years of experience working in a customer service, technical support, or customer focused role
- MS Office experience required
- Analytical and strong attention to detail
- Ability to negotiate and influence
- Strong data entry skill set
