Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a direct hire Technical Sales / Account Management role with one of the most exciting and cutting edge manufacturers in the Triangle. You’ll be joining a well-established territory based team to partner with current customers and grow new relationships with new ones.
Responsibilities:
- 3+ years of experience in technical sales, ideally selling into automotive, aerospace, electronics assembly, packaging or other related industries
- Proven experience growing accounts and generating new business
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Able to travel 30-50% domestically to visit clients
Requirements:
- Operate as the leader for all new and assigned accounts
- Develop, maintain and strengthen customer relationships
- Develop a consultant relationship with key stakeholders at customers
- Communicate progress of client engagements and initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders
- Forecast sales for existing and new accounts
- Manage all communication using CRM system
