Accentuate Staffing is looking to hire an IT/Software Development recruiter to the Technical Team!

If you are currently in the IT/Software development industry but have an interest in sales or recruiting we would love to speak with you! If you are currently a recruiter and would be open to a new position, we’d love to talk with you as well!

This opportunity has the flexibility to be remote, on-site or a hybrid of both. Candidates however should have the ability to travel on site (Raleigh) if needed for internal meetings or client appointments.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a variety of recruitment sources to develop applicant candidate pipelines within the information technology vertical.
  • Interview candidates over the phone, video call and in person to understand motivations, career goals, work experiences and compensation expectations
  • Match qualified applicants with open orders at local clients
  • Interactions directly with hiring managers to clarify hiring requirements, educate on the current employment market, and submit candidates for review
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and to successfully negotiate offers between client and candidate
  • Manage and prioritize order work flow for maximum coverage
  • Bring a collaborative, creative and positive attitude each day

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A hungry, sales focused mindset
  • Work history that demonstrates commitment and initiative
  • Collaborative and competitive spirit
  • Comfortable around technology and quick learner of new tech
  • Growth mindset and acceptance of personal responsibility
  • Technical recruitment experience preferred but not required. Sales experience considered in lieu of recruitment experience
