Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Technical Customer Service Coordinator to join a global appliance manufacturer in the Apex area.
Responsibilities:
• Daily telephone technical support and parts support which includes interaction with technical service, dealers, customers, and factory sales people.
• Assist in warranty returns.
• Assist in large chain account support.
Requirements:
• Must demonstrate a strong technical background along with customer relations skill.
• Technical background should include electrical troubleshooting and reading of schematics.
• Must have working knowledge of commercial cooking equipment and its effect of gas combustion equipment.
• Refrigeration experience a plus
