Accentuate Staffing is currently for a Technical Corporate Recruiter to join a start up tech company in Research Triangle Park.  This is an exciting opportunity and is Direct Hire!

Responsibilities:

  • Perform full life-cycle recruiting to include sourcing, interviewing, coordinating schedules and travel, offer, negotiation and onboarding.
  • Work with management to source, select and hire qualified candidates to fill vacant positions using cost-effective techniques and in accordance with company policies, procedures and processes. Manage applicant flow to ensure availability of qualified candidates.
  • Write and edit job descriptions.
  • Review applications and conduct interviews to obtain information regarding applicant’s work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements.
  • Develop and maintain contacts with colleges, universities, alumni groups, and other organizations to identify potential applicants.
  • Design and implement candidate marketing and proactive recruiting programs (internal and external) that attract, select and retain a qualified, diverse workforce through use of creative and cutting edge recruiting strategies.
  • Research key competitors and passive candidates to create a pipeline for the future
  • Meet with functional business leaders and executive management, as required, to discuss and establish staffing objectives and ensure they are achieved.
  • Assist in training management on recruiting, interviewing, and the selection process as required.
  • Keep abreast of market trends and demands impacting the company’s ability to attract competitive candidates; coordinate with the compensation team on salary offer considerations and equity concerns.
  • Ad hoc duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in Business or Related Field
  • 5-8 years of technical recruiting within a corporate environment
  • Experience working with ATS Systems
  • Excellent problem solving, judgment, and decision making skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong consultative skills
  • Good understanding and awareness of market trends and market intelligence
