Accentuate Staffing is partnering with a Healthcare Medical Home System company who is hiring a Tech Support Technician. This is a 6-month contract opportunity, offering a competitive hourly rate working in a remote capacity with an office located in Cary. The ideal candidate has previous experience working in a technical support capacity and working with Microsoft Office.

The company is the largest and longest-running medical home system in the U.S., known nationwide for reducing healthcare costs. In this role, they are looking for someone to assist internal and external customers with all help desk tickets and provide support as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Installs, configures, maintains, and troubleshoots workstations, peripherals, and software.
  • Familiar with giving shared drive permissions.
  • Creates and maintains workstation deployment images.
  • Interfaces successfully with internal customers and colleagues.
  • Recommends and performs upgrades on systems to ensure longevity.

Requirements:

  • Strong working knowledge of O365
  • Experience with Clonezilla imaging software (Not required but preferred)
  • Familiar with ServiceNow
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Experience with Trend Antivirus (Not required but preferred)
  • Patch Management experience (Not required but preferred)
