Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a large construction company in the Raleigh area to find a dynamic Tech Support Specialist to support their growing team. This is a possible temp-to-hire opportunity!
Responsibilities:
- Provide extensive technical and PC support to customers and internal team members
- Quickly respond and identify customer questions regarding computer systems, mobile needs, and hardware applications
- Assist with troubleshooting needs, and perform testing to find resolutions for issues
- Work with senior specialists to resolve problems quickly for customers
- Document all cases into system and follow up with customers as needed
- Be available for on call needs for support issues
- Work on assigned projects as needed
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of technical support experience required
- Associates degree in IT preferred
- PC and mobile troubleshooting experience
- Excellent customer service skill set
- Highly organized and detailed
