Accentuate Staffing is assisting a hi-tech start up company in RTP, NC who is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their rapidly growing team. This role will develop relationships and rapport with managers to determine needs across the organization and provide a consultative approach in the hiring process.
Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruitment utilizing unconventional and innovative sourcing approaches that lead to successful results
- Completing weekly and monthly reports on recruitment activity
- Comply with all legal and ethical requirements of the employment process while understanding and following corporate policies related to the staffing process;
- Partner with HR leadership to develop affirmative action plans
- Coach hiring managers through employee relations concerns, performance assessments, as well as internal equity of teams
- Train hiring managers on good faith efforts to fulfill AAP requirements
- HR initiatives roll-out
- Compensation evaluation and recommendations
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree and 5-7 years of recent relevant experience is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed
- Must have intermediate MS Office skills
