Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a Systems Analyst to join a leading manufacturer in Raleigh. This is a Direct Hire opportunity!
Responsibilities:
- Supports and maintains ERP system while integrating business processes
- ERP System troubleshooting
- Requirement gathering and delivering specifications to programmers and developers
- Coordinating change requests with internal and external IT developers
- Maintains helpdesk, documentation, and SOX compliancy
Requirements:
- 1 to 5 years of ERP experience.
- Support or Implementation of an ERP system required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good knowledge of key business processes related to sales, distribution, supply chain, and finance.
- Coordinating change requests with internal and external IT developers.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Working knowledge of Linux
- Basic programming (progress 4GL/SQL) knowledge
