Accentuate Staffing is seeking a summer contractor that has an interest in supply chain. This is a great opportunity for a college student trying to obtain experience in logistics/supply chain. This role will be 40 hours per week until the beginning of August.
Responsibilities:
- Will support the processing of purchase orders with the manufacturing partners.
- Will maintain the dates for incoming purchase orders and the forecast for inbound containers
- This role will work directly with the Director of Planning and Procurement and the lead Supply Chain Analyst.
- Review purchase order documentation daily from manufacturing partners and enter in and update ERP system (NetSuite).
- Review inbound purchase order schedule every Friday and enter in and update line level data in ERP system (NetSuite).
- Export inbound freight schedule from ERP system (NetSuite) and update the inbound container forecast.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Ability to organize, manage, and prioritize multiple tasks to assure timely completion in a constantly changing environment.
- Experience in ERP systems. NetSuite experience preferred.
- Ability to demonstrate proficiency in Excel techniques; experience with “VLOOKUP’s”/ Pivot Tables.
- Proficient with MS Office.
- Demonstrates high personal integrity and teamwork abilities.
- Self-starter, highly motivated, and able to see problems and recommend or take appropriate actions to solve them, ability to work in detail and be result oriented.
