Accentuate Staffing is currently seeking a Supply Chain Internship with a global generic and specialty pharmaceutical company in the Durham, NC area. This is a Temp position.
Responsibilities:
- Create supply chain related reports for daily inventory and tracking of bid requests from Sales
- Support with the setup of new products in data management system
- Partner with other departments on deliveries of back ordered products
- Developing processes and standardized work to manage activities such as risk management, customer bids and one-time-buy requests, charge backs, new product system set up and inventory/supply status reports
- Provide other ad hoc support as required by the team. The individual will also proactively propose improvements to increase the team’s efficiency and responsiveness to internal and external customers
Requirements:
- College-level internship
- MS Office, proficiency in Excel; proven ability to manipulate and analyze data and provide charts and graphs
- Previous experience of data management and analysis
- Ability to work 20-25 hours a week
