Accentuate Staffing is currently seeking a Supply Chain Associate to join a growing distributor in the Durham area. This is a temp to hire opportunity to start immediately. The ideal candidate will be a recent college grad with internship experience and an interest in learning more about supply chain operations.
Responsibilities:
- Work within the logistics team to assist with vendor coordination and communication
- Follow up with vendors regarding orders
- Manage inventory to ensure all orders are accounted for and report on review and further action needed
- Maintain ERP system with inventory records and vendor information
- Meet all deadlines as assigned
- Maintain weekly reports for management and vendors
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Background and/or interest in supply chain and logistics
- Bilingual – French and/or Chinese preferred but not required
- ERP experience nice to have
- MS Office experience and proficiency
- Good reporting and communication skill set
