Responsibilities:
- Provides frontline leadership to ensure company standards are met.
- This role will supervise, train and mentor production team members.
- Must be accountable for adherence to manufacturing protocols, product specifications, quality and safety including company policies and regulatory guideline.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate have a 4 year degree and at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of USDA regulations, HACCP, SOP and SSOP highly desirable.
