Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a State Regulatory Associate to have ownership of assigned responsibilities regarding the registration of products within specific state agencies. The position collaborates closely with federal regulatory, label facilitators, sales, and production. The position will be responsible for managing multiple tasks while maintaining detailed tracking of ongoing work. The position reports to State Regulatory Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare product applications and payment to state agencies
- Manage state registration tracking system and internal controls
- Author weekly updates
- File of both electronic and hard copies of state certificate approvals as received
- Update and maintain communication and posting of state approved registrations with partner companies
- Assist in the completion of yearly product registration renewals
- Submit revised product labels to state agencies as requested
- Participate in industry and state conferences, webinars, etc. pertaining to state registrations as needed
- Other duties not listed above as assigned by immediate supervisor
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree agriculture, biology, chemistry or related scientific discipline preferred
- 1-3 years of administrative experience is required
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proactive communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to details and the ability to be self-disciplined
- Must possess the ability to successfully multi-task several projects with various deadlines while being able to establish priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to coordinate and communicate across multiple functional disciplines
- Listens and receives direction well
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Adobe and Microsoft Office programs
