Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Sr. IT System Admin to join a local, established, biotechnology manufacturer. This is a full-time permanent position. This role will focus mostly on the administration, maintenance, and support of Office 365. The role does require sitting on-site in Durham, NC.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and tuning of Microsoft M365 services (Exchange, Teams, InTune/EndPoint Manager/AutoPilot, Azure AD, OneDrive, SharePoint, Office, MFA).
  • Overall responsibility for Hybrid Active Directory and associated services (ADFS, Group Policy, DNS, Certificate Services/PKI).
  • Installation, configuration, and management of personal computers and Microsoft Windows Servers.
  • Support and management of existing WAN/LAN infrastructure.
  • Responding to escalated Tier-2 and 3 requests for technical assistance.
  • Documentation of operating procedures and system configurations.
  • Utilizing change management process to properly document and communicate changes.
  • Staying up-to-date on current and emerging technologies and tools.
  • Collaborating with other team members to accomplish common goals.
  • Prepare and deliver New User’s onboarding.
  • Support the IT Sr. Manager in managing vendors’ services (I.e.: IT MSP; Print MSP; ERP Hosting).
  • Support the implementation of the ISMS (Information Security Management System) and ITIL practices.

  • Microsoft Key Management Service Administration
  • Microsoft Windows Server OS administration and support (File server; Print Sever)
  • Microsoft Active Directory Administration
  • Microsoft Group Policy Administration
  • Microsoft Windows OS administration and support
  • Azure (preferably) or AWS cloud services administration
  • DNS/DHCP/WINS Administration
  • Data Circuits monitoring and management (I.e.: Internet; VPN; SDWAN; MPLS)
  • IT vendors and service providers management (I.e.: Print management; MSP; Microsoft; Dell)
  • Basic PC hardware maintenance
  • Backup and Restores processes/procedures
  • Voip based Telephony systems (I.e,: Vonage; IVR; call routin; Voip phone provisioning)
  • Mobile telephony support (IOS; Android)
  • MAC OS support
  • Experience with ITIL v2 or higher
  • Google GSuite knowledge (is a plus)
