Accentuate Staffing is seeking an experienced Sr. HR Generalist for one of our clients in Raleigh, NC. The Senior HR Generalist will work with local leadership and the HR team to support and expedite core business functions of the organization. Responsibilities:
- Main point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and concerns.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws.
- Work with leadership to develop and implement employee development plans.
- Manage leave of absence programs
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs.
- Facilitate training sessions on HR-related topics.
Requirements:
- BS in Human Resources or related discipline
- 8 – 15 years of Human Resources experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in a Professional Services industry.
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of HR principles, policies, laws, and procedures, including EEOC guidelines, ADA, and FMLA
- Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
- Critical and strategic thinking skills
- Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal skills
