Accentuate Staffing is assisting an established Medical Device manufacturer in the RTP area who is hiring a Surface Mount Soldering Technician. This is a contract position working 6am-3:30pm Monday Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Soldering Technician will perform surface mount soldering on PCB boards according to established quality standards and manufacturing procedures.
- Technician will inspect and troubleshoot soldered components to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Technician will desolder, solder and repair product.
- Technician will maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety guidelines and protocols.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have previous experience in surface mount soldering, specifically on PCB boards.
- Candidates must have familiarity with soldering equipment and tools.
- Candidates must have ability to interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
- Candidates must be detail-oriented and able to work with very small pieces.
