Sit down Forklift Operators
Accentuate Staffing is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to safely move materials throughout a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment for a client of ours Garner, NC. This position operates propane-powered sit-down forklifts and requires strong attention to safety, accuracy, and productivity. This is a Night Shift opportunity working 5:45pm-6am.
Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, transport, and stack materials using a sit-down forklift
- Move pallets, boxes, skids, and other production materials
- Complete daily equipment inspections and required documentation
- Use RF equipment to follow instructions and record material movements
- Maintain a clean work area and follow all safety procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous sit-down forklift operating experience
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Ability to use RF scanners or warehouse management systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work a fixed 12-hour schedule
- Will be required to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
