Shipping Coordinator (Medical Device)
Accentuate Staffing is assisting a local medical device company in the RTP area who is hiring a Shipping Coordinator to join their team. This is a contract to hire opportunity working 7:30am-4pm Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinator will create shipping labels in UPS and Fed Ex systems
- Coordinator will verify and process shipments
- Coordinator will validate and record shipments in ERP system
- Coordinator will coordinate with carriers and internal teams on shipments
- Coordinator will prepare customs documents
Requirements:
- Candidates must have at least 2 years shipping background
- Candidates must be comfortable with domestic and international shipping
- Candidates must have experience working in UPS and FED Ex systems
- Candidates must be familiar with GDPs
- Candidates must be computer savvy with MS Office Suite and WMS
