Responsibilities:

• Load and unload goods, manage product waste disposal, ship orders, and monitor stocked items within the warehouse.
• Manage the full order fulfillment process (parts, raw goods, finished goods), including picking, packing, and shipping to ensure excellent customer service.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and control, including proper stock rotation within the distribution facility.
• Keep work areas clean and organized in accordance with 5’S Housekeeping Standards and all safety policies.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and contribute ideas for process improvements.
• Build effective working relationships across departments to ensure seamless coordination and timely completion of projects.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Previous experience in Shipping & Receiving.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Hands-on problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Must be computer savvy, ERP experience also a plus.
• Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
